Am feeling tired 2day.. ! just goin to library and getting back to my work again and again ! oh gawdddddddd !! neeed some energy drink now. Today i got the printed version (proof version) of the paper which was accepted few days back. ! so am happy abt that ! need to chk whether some correction is req'd r not .. !! after making complte correction, i wil submit it to the journel ppl !! then my job is done.. ! chapter closed :-)

today i bunked the lecture and was xerox'ing some publications on my research area. gud . i got pretty enough papers.. dono when i am goin to read those papers.. ! My field is getting bit competetitive as few guys in germany started exploring my area and also started publishing papers !! mm. i really need to chg my gear :)

just went thro all other blogs and i am back to my home..... my granny is now in chennai. she reached chennai today morning ...i called her few hrs back. she is quite happy to hear me !! granny got a promotion . she is now grand granny :) heard that her face is missing all her tooths :)) !! cho pity na!! mmmm. wt else to rite today.. ! actually i tot of posting something abt the TV serials which i saw wen i was a kid (inspired by our kalandu pona Nuttu ... again a typo err)....need to utilize the time tonit!! so i think i wil b back to the lab and will finish of some jobs which i am suppose to complete by the afti.. !!

oopsieeee .. i forgot to mention that today my frd is gonna cook something for me.. ! so no cooking today as y'day:)) !!! hurrayyyyyyyyyyyyyy ..

week end was quite ok. Spent maximum time with shri's kids !! aawww .. after 3 months gap, i went there to play with those kids as well as to c off my frd G who is leaving india 2moro !! Had a very gud food on friday nite!!

spend almost a complete day with my frd G and shri's kids ... !! G is trying for a job here. but these days getting a job is not so easy. So e is planning to try his luck in India as s/w is booming out there.. I wil soon visit him in India as i am leaving on 2nd week of may for a short vacation... !!!

On sat'day evening, i returned back to my place and then i prepared cocunut burfi ... It was my 1st time. 1st, i fried the cocunuts in ghee which i prepared frm butter, then i fried dried grapes, badam, cashew nuts etc....Then in a big vessel, I prepared the sugar jeera solution in which i added elachi for aroma. After few mins, i added those fried items (including dried cocunut powder) to the jeera sol'n. Heated for few min and then poured the semi solid solid substances to a moulded plate.. !! My bad luck, complete solidification doent happen... !! probably i had less binding molecules ( yup. the jeera was not so thick enough to bind all these cocunut powders :-(( ) ... mmmm.. abt the taste, it is simply superb. Just eating like Halwa :-) cocunut halwa !! anyway, next time, i am sure of making gud cocunut burfi.. !! i dono whether i missed something this time.. if u ppl r real expert, plz tell me wat was wrong !!!

y'day nite it snowed heavily and today its sunny day :-) !! no one can predict the weather over here.. !! i am having some workshop thro' out the week.. ! mm ! i am getting pained by this as i need to complete plent of jobs.. cant even bunk.. :-(((

Today am plannin to go2 my frds place and wil b back on sat'day... !! so no cooking again :P !! its breezin like hell (dont ask me how the hell looks like) and making me to feel the chillness outside.. gawd.. cant go out without the jacket !!

just need an hr to complete the remainin job and i wil b free after dat.. i havent had breaker as well as lunch just 'cos i cleaned my appartment during the lunch tim and now its looking like a museum.. ! anyway no worry. in another couple of days this museum wil b demolished :)))

luv kai liyae kuch bhi karegha movie dekha.... 1st 45 min was ok. after dat, its like chewing gum !! need to watch some tam movie .. i wish to watch " sinddhu bairavi " !! sivakumar voice kaetu rombha naal aachu :-(

mmm.. am i not ritin 2 much. leme stop here for the weekend.. u ppl have fun and njoy other bloggies !! ciaoooooooo

Khaana peena

The weekend just passed by......! Had a gud dinner ... ofcourse my frd prepared Chicken kurma and i prepared chicken briyani ( 1st time with lot many specimens .. yup my frds are my specimens) .. wow this turned out to be the best of mine :) !! The chicken kurma was so tasty and we asked him to come every weekend to my appartment and cook for us :P !! Diz fellow is frm andhra and so we had real HOT kurma and my taste bud kissed it off!

And on sunday, i went to my frds (S) appt for having lunch .. Thsi time also i had carrot sambhar at his place and his room-p prepared beans fried.. anway my weekend was on my way. No cooking. Y'day afternoon only, i finished those left over.

Monday, few of the indian frds staying right above my appartment prepared dinner for me and u kno, i am always there for eating :) !!

If u hear this, u all wil feel jealous. Today for dinner ......... mmmmm .. guys dont droll ... ! today, my andhra frd invited me for dinner and e prepared channa, vadam, noodle soup and rice. So i am very happy that der is no need for me to cook !!! hurrayyyyyyyyyyyyy ... !!!

KING : Diz time, the king is dead and we got a new queen for our grp. The party was FUN-tastic with lots of eatables, NV's, drinks. After all these, we had a dance party ( i just watched how these ppl r dancing .. nothing makes me to feel like dancing ) .. After sometime, i was caught and ppl asked me to dance .... wat to do.. showed some prabhu deva's steps and then turned as a statue :-)) !! It was realla fun time. went back home after 2.30 am !! so no cooking on friday, sat, sun, mon and tuesday ............. tommorow, i think i wil prepare some food

Spain
During the easter holidays we plan to go to Spain and so today we booked the tkt. So in another few months, one more european country will b added to my list....!! Just planning to go ard Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Avila and near by small cities.... ! Need to find out more details frm my spanish frds.. !! We are 8 alltogether. i think we r gonna have fun there... ! I wil b there for 6 days........Yet to make a complete plan ....... Being youth :P, we plan to stay in youth hostels.. !
now its time for us to forget abt this plan and need to concentrate more on the work assigned to me...!!

Sometimes i feel that i am more addicted to internet and phone....... ! without this, cant even imagine how my life turns out to be... !! Called my parents after a gap of 5 days.... !! They are just waiting for my arrival there.. !! In another couple of months, i wil b there... hai yaaaaaaaaaaa .. orey gujals thaan angha!!! ok now its too late for me to stay in the lab. i need to go to liby ..

I feel guilty of not working for the past 2 days..........! just doin some rubbish kindaa stuffs!!!! Am having so much facilities and am not making use of it...! wat kindof person i am..........spending much time on net.... so i tot of controling myself by chk'ing my mails only once a day(earlier i chk very often), but am spending the time in other way.... Need to think abt my research. if not i will be knocked out frm the grp..!

I heard frm my frd, that his boss asked him to start writing his thesis.. he just came on the same month as me.... but now e is abt to complete his thesis and i am just strugling for new results.. watever i had, its just goin to be worthless until the job is completely done. !! having plenty of crystals but the structure of those crystalss cud not b predicted :-(( !! Always, i hold a bad luck even wen i had gud work :-(( ................ it painsssssssssssssss

Anway this post just turned out to be my polambals !!
I just want to read books. but the problem is I fall asleep whenever i open the book :-P !!! wat to do??

Today, we r going to have a big party. Frm y'day onwards ppl started cooking for this party. so today i am going to have a gaala time!!! Abt the party, every year we choose a king for our grp and this person has to organize a smal get2gether in some pubs/resto'nts. The king has to make sure that most of the collegues are attending the get2gether party. More job on his head along with the research. :) The selection of king started 12 yrs back and then on my boss is folowing this tradition. Each and every person of the grp are allowed to give points to other grp mem's (a sort of voting) and are allowed to distribute 20 points per day (for 5 days). At the end of the 5th day, previous king wil choose the next king... The final decision is upto the previous king. So no democracy here.. need some revolution. Ppl's choice shud be given 1st choice.. !!
Some how they named this day as Kohl essen day. Think it came frm northern part of germany. I dono much history abt this kohl essen. But i know that i am not going to work a bit today :-)) !!


This week is squeezing me a lot and in next week...... i am having an appointment with my boss and i need to discuss abt my work :-( I have to make all the documents ready before reaching his cabin. My boss is really a cool person. Still i am afraid of him. wat to do. Research sucks :-(( !!!

weekend over :-( . This weekend was just a weak end !!! watched plenty of movies.

i had no mood to work today . on the other hand, i had to start many new reactions. just completed half of the job :-(... probably, i may b back here after having dinner. dono wer i am going to have food. After making this post, i will call my frd and wil make some arrangements for the dinner !! :-)) !!

y'day i was here till 1.00 am and then got bugged.. went home .. gawd... it was cold outside and i didnt wore my jacket!! after reaching home, i immedietely went to bed with my freezed hands on the heater.... poor chap i am. cudnt catch sleep. so i watched laurel and hardy movie. lost my concentration on that movie as my eyes started shrinking. only in the morning, i realize that my lappi was on ... !!

I am bit upset today as i cudn't solve the crystal structure of my samples. spend more than 6 months to solve the same. but all the efforts went in vain.... Its really irritating of not getting it solved. Already i lost few yrs for finding a new sample and now the other problem starts. Dono wat wil happen. I need to complete my degree asap. For this, i need to have lots of results.. !!

On the other hand, my research paper has been accepted by a journel and it will b soon published. it may takes 3 months. My boss is not satisfied with this result. even me tooo..... my boss is just focussing on the crystals which we cudnt solve the structure........now a days i am playing with platinum and gold crucibles !! i can melt some gold plates and make a ring for my own.. :)) !!

rec'd a b'day greeting card frm Nair who is staying in pune and doing her research in NCL (national chemical laboratories). she is senior to me but also a very gud frd of mine....the card which she sent me was so cute. For the past 2 days i was trying to catch her over ph... ! but i cudnt reach her. today, i tried to reach her lab no and the ring goes

tringggggg .. tringggggg

her lab mate pick the ph and replied me " she has just left to hostel. may b u can reach her after 10 min" . i said thank u and ask her to pass the mesg that i had called her .... then i tried her hostel no. Somebody picked the ph and asked me to hold on.. after taking few min, heard a sweet voice

female : " hello "
me : hello Nair jiiiiiiiiiii ...... kya haal hai ?
F: Hello.. i am not nair. i am her frd ... !!
me: o.. i.. c . am sorry .. i tot u r nair... (konjam behjaara pochuuuuuuuuu ..... !! vazhiyal thaan micham)
F : its ok.. ! nair is not here right now. may i know who is on line
Me : I am her frd Nanban
F : R u a malayaleeeeeeeeeeee ?
Mee : nope. i am tam (i was bit shock and also surprised on hearing this !!)
F : Oh ok... she is not here ard . she might b in the lab.
Me: :-(( few min back, i called her lab no and i came to know that she already left to hostel. dats y i called here ...
F : oic !! i am a malayalee and so only i asked u ... !! she may b on her way ...
me : oh .. fine (kash mai malayalee kyon nahi thaa.. aur thodi dher baath karnae ka moukha mila hogha). again i left the same mesg to her to pass on !!

after few hrs, i did receive a call frm her and then i asked her to cut the line. i told her that i wil call her at ard 9.30 pm. she said ok !! Thank god. i got the line on my 1st dial itself and we spoke for more than 30 min !! she was happy that i liked the card.. !! then asusual blah blah blah fying !!! she went to lab after my call and i tooo started my work !!

mm. now its 20.40 hr!! lemme go and fil my small tank .. wil b back after few hrs !!

today i got some tam cds . dono wen i am goin to watch it ....last weekend i saw the movie called khakeeee !arghhhhhhhhhhhhh .. so paining movie ....kya pain hai bae!! they folow their logic sometimes and manytimes not !!! wen u watch such movie, u wil get pained. am sure .. !! akshay was coooooool (like me :P).

Bought the DVD "Live concert" of ARR !

2day, i diddnt do much work. but bit of satisfaction with wat i had done so far :D !! 2morow my boss is coming. so i really need to get him some gud results.......... " aandava kaapathu" :( !!!!!!

Just wasted 1 and a half hour to see the Dr. Anyway, i can cancell my medical leave now.. !! am back to work now... ! its sunny day again.. ! for the past 1 week, the weather is pleasant. No snow. No rain. Not much sun shine !! think the spring is on !!

few of my frds came back frm India. ofcourse with indian sweets!!! so i am paying them a visit everyday after 7.00pm (just to have those sweets :p !! Hope these guys wont read this blog !! its lunch timeeeeeeeeeee . ciaooooooooo

wasnt feeling well y'day. even today, i am suppose to take rest and for therest of the week. but soem work tension is alwys there. so i came here (just to update my blog :) ) !!! now gtg to c Dr !! lemme c wat is e goin to say !! before leaving, i wil update the cutie-butie blogs !!!

one more week gone :( !! after 2 days brk, i just came to my work place.. weekend was great.. just cleaned my appartments and watched few movies .. ohhhhhh .. its time for me to start my work for this week !
